First,
the land.
Foundations,
considered.
Every detail,
deliberate.
A landscape,
completed.
Design, approvals, construction and interior finishing. One trusted partner from first sketch to keys in hand.
ARC Design is a construction and reform atelier born from the landscapes of southern Spain: the olive groves, white villages and sun-baked stone of Andalusia. We design and build spaces that feel inevitable in their setting: honest materials, considered proportions, a calm sense of arrival.
From the first sketch to the final handover, every project is guided by a small, devoted team. We work slowly where it matters, carefully where it counts, and always with a hand on the craft.
No project too small.
None too big.
From concept design to the final finish of a carved limestone threshold, every stage is held to the same standard of quality.
A quiet portfolio of residences and reforms, each shaped by a dialogue between client, land and light.
International owners renovating or building homes on the Costa del Sol. English-speaking, remote-friendly, one point of contact from first sketch to handover.

We take on a limited number of projects each year. If you have land, a home or an idea, we would like to hear about it.
